Brooks Recruiting: Non-Exclusive, Contingency, Direct-Hire Recruiting Agreement
Details:
- Non-Exclusive – May recruit for or engage other recruiting firms to recruit for the same job.
- Cancellation – May cancel at any time in writing.
- Guarantee Period – 15 Days.
- Payable – Net 10 days.
- Contingency Fee – 21% (based on 1st year salary, excludes other bonuses or forms of compensation).
- Client Candidate Ownership: Within 180 days from Recruiter Submission.
- Recruiter Candidate Ownership: 180 days year from date of submission.
- Late Payment: 2% interest per month.
- Guarantee – If candidate leaves or is fired prior to the completion of the guarantee period, Client will receive a non-expiring credit to be used for a Replacement or Another Job Requisite.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Chicago, IL, Cook County (to protect Recruiter from non-payment).
