Contingency Recruiting Placement Fees
Contingency Recruiting Placements Fees are determined based on:
- Length of the Interviewing Process
- Duration of the Guarantee Period per hire
- Time for Payment (Net Payable)
Our Standard Placement Fee is 25% which includes:
- Interviewing Process 0-2 months
- Guarantee Period – 90 days
- Net Payable – 60 days
However, you can customize your placement.

Interviewing Process
- 0-2 months (0% – No additional charge)
- 2-3 months weeks (+1% to fee below)
- 3-5 months (+3% to fee below)
- 6+ months (+5% to fee below)

- (23.5%) – 45 days, Payment due Net 30 (-1.5%)
- (24%) – 60 days, Payment due Net 45 (-1%)
- (25%) – 90 days, Payment due Net 60
- (26%) – 90 days, Payment Net 90 (+1%)
- (27%) – 120 day, Payment due Net 90 days (+3%)
- (28%) – 120 days, Payment Net 120 (+4%)
- (30%) – 180 day, Payment due Net 90 days (+6%)
- (31%) – 180 days, Payment Net 120 (+7%)
- (33%) – 180 days Payment Net 180 (+9%)
- (34%) – 270 day, Payment due Net 90 days (+10%)
- (35%) – 270 days, Payment Net 120 (+11%)
- (37%) – 270 days, Payment Net 180 (+13%)
