Brooks Recruiting: Non-Exclusive, Contingency, Direct-Hire Recruiting Agreement

Details:

  • Non-Exclusive – May recruit for or engage other recruiting firms to recruit for the same job.
  • Cancellation – May cancel at any time in writing.
  • Guarantee Period – 90 Days.
  • Payable – Net 60 days.
  • Contingency Fee – 26% (based on 1st year salary, excludes other bonuses or forms of compensation).
  • Client Candidate Ownership: Within 180 days from Recruiter Submission.
  • Recruiter Candidate Ownership: 180 days year from date of submission.
  • Late Payment: 2% interest per month.
  • Guarantee – If candidate leaves or is fired prior to the completion of the guarantee period, Client will receive a non-expiring credit to be used for a Replacement or Another Job Requisite.
  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Chicago, IL, Cook County (to protect Recruiter from non-payment).
