Details:
- Retained – A retainer deposit of 1/2 of the estimated placement fee is due upfront and will be applied to the direct-hire’s placement fee.
- Exclusive – May not recruit for or engage other recruiting firms to recruit for the same job(s).
- Cancellation – May cancel at any time in writing with 30 days of notice.
- Guarantee Period – 90 Days.
- Payable – Net 75 days.
- Contingency Fee – 24% (based on 1st year salary, excludes other bonuses or forms of compensation).
- Client Candidate Ownership: Within 180 days from Recruiter Submission.
- Recruiter Candidate Ownership: 180 days year from date of submission.
- Late Payment: 2% interest per month.
- Guarantee – If candidate leaves or is fired prior to the completion of the guarantee period, Client will receive a non-expiring credit to be used for a Replacement or Another Job Requisite.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Chicago, IL, Cook County (to protect Recruiter from non-payment).
