Direct-Hire Contingency Recruiting is our most popular recruiting service offered.

Definition:

    • Direct-Hire contingency recruiting means your company hires the individual and we discreetly recruit on behalf of your organization
    • A recruiting placement fee / payment is contingent upon hiring (no hire, no fee)
    • Every hire comes with an assurance / guaranteed period (if the individual is fired / leaves prior to the guaranteed period, no fee is due or we’ll replace at no charge)
    • Contingency Recruiting Agreement Terms can be Exclusive or Non-Exclusive

Pricing:

  • The Contingency Recruiting Placement Fee varies based on: The number of hires you will make, interviewing length, guaranteed period, net payable timeline, and payment structure
  • It also varies on the function of the role (i.e. is a front-office, middle office, back-office hire – Do they generate revenue and is an opportunistic hire or perform ongoing operations)
  • Flexible payment options are available depending on your revenue / funding source (i.e. Splitting up payments, Paying in Cryptocurrency, etc.)

– 20% contingency placement fee, 30 day guarantee, payable net 30 days.

(Normally we charge a contingency placement fee of 25-30% per hire)

– This is based on the base compensation, excludes any bonuses (sign-on or yearly bonuses), stock options, relocation costs, or other compensation.
